Light Control

When selecting the best interface and most suitable light management system, we should consider many different aspects, such as the personal lighting needs, the enhancement of the general wellness perception, the peculiarities of the application area where we are operating, and the needs coming from easier installation and maintenance.

Arcluce is always focusing on more digital and cutting edge light control interfaces. Among the most recent lighting management systems introduced, there is the bluetooth control.

If equipped with Phase-Cut, 1-10V, DALI or DMX fittings, by controlling the light with your smartphone, tablet or pc, through bluetooth or wireless, you could create in an immediate and user-friendly way the desired scenarios.

These wiring systems have some differences:

Phase-Cut On request
Analog control system base on leading/trailing edge dimmers.

1-10V
Analog protocol that allows the adjustment of the brightness and introduces the use of light and/or motion sensors.

DALI
Digital protocol that enables independent management of multiple light points, storage of lighting scenarios, use of sensors and integration in more complex systems of Building Management Systems (BMS).

DMX
Digital protocol born in theatrical environment for the management of dynamic lighting scenarios in the color-change systems.

When using modern light management systems we have a correct use of light fittings and considerable advantages:

ENERGY SAVING
Reduction of energy consumption with financial and environmental benefits

NATURAL LIGHT
Natural light is integrated in an optimum way with the fittings light

LIGHT LEVEL TUNING
The possibility to adjust the brightness level to let the user enjoy the best possible in any kind of environment. Smart tuning could switch on or soften the light according to timing, natural lighting or human presence

LIFETIME
The natural decay of the lighting flux can be compensated by increasing the power supplied to the LED module. This lumen management system would extend the product lifetime and reduce the need for maintenance interventions.

HI-TECH UTILITY
Smarter fittings within modern electronics communicate through sensors toa central control unit, in order to optimize the user experience and usability
