After the Liberation, it was used as the headquarters of the Korea First Bank, and it is now the Myeong-dong branch of Standard Chartered First Bank Korea. “Porta Romana” or “Porta della Valle” refers to what remains today of one of the five gates that gave access into the town of Omegna in the Middle Ages. They were named: Maggiore, Salera, Segnara, Castello, and Valle.
